5 Cups Chopped Kale
1 Cup Steamed Edamame
1/2 Cup Sunflower Seeds
1/4 Cup Craisens
1 Green Apple, Chopped

Dressing

1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1/2 Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp maple syrup
